Ingredients
To prepare two servings of Prism Berry Cooler, you’ll need the following ingredients:
-
1/4 cup blueberry juice – provides a rich, sweet base and deep color.
-
1/4 cup raspberry juice – adds tartness and brightness.
-
1/4 cup white grape juice – brings balance with its mellow sweetness.
-
1 tablespoon lemon juice – enhances freshness and flavor contrast.
-
1/4 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda – adds fizz and a refreshing finish.
-
Ice cubes – to keep it chilled and refreshing.
-
Mixed berries (for garnish) – optional but visually striking.
-
Lemon wheel (for garnish) – adds a zesty touch and a pop of yellow.
Instructions
Step 1: Chill Your Ingredients
Before mixing your drink, make sure all your juices and sparkling component are well chilled. This helps ensure the ice doesn’t dilute the drink too quickly.
Step 2: Combine the Juices
In a small pitcher or cocktail shaker, combine the blueberry juice, raspberry juice, white grape juice, and lemon juice. Stir well to mix the flavors evenly.
Step 3: Add Ice
Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes. You can use regular ice, crushed ice, or even fruit-infused ice cubes (like frozen berries in water) for extra flair.
Step 4: Pour the Juice Blend
Divide the juice mixture evenly between the two glasses, pouring it over the ice.
Step 5: Add the Bubbles
Top off each glass with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda. Add slowly to preserve carbonation and to prevent overflow.
Step 6: Garnish & Serve
Garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim, a handful of fresh mixed berries (like raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries), and a mint sprig if desired. Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer.
