- 1 bunch of asparagus (about 20 spears)
- 10 slices of prosciutto
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the tough ends off the asparagus spears.
- Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto, starting from the bottom and spiraling up to the tip.
- Place the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the wrapped asparagus and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
