Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Whisk the mixture until it is well combined and slightly thickened.
- Fill a glass with cold brew coffee.
- Top the cold brew with the pumpkin cream mixture.
- Garnish with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired.

Notes
- For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream.
