Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and honey until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mixture and stir until combined.
  4. If desired, fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
