- 1 package pretzel bites
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Take a pretzel bite and fill it with the pumpkin mixture.
- Place the filled pretzel bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the pretzel bites are golden brown.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the baked pretzel bites.
- Let cool before serving.
