A delicious layered dessert combining pumpkin, cream cheese, and whipped topping, perfect for fall.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pumpkin spice pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the pumpkin spice pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping and pumpkin puree into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a dish.
  5. Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pumpkin mixture.
  7. Top with more whipped topping and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade whipped cream instead of store-bought.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
