- 1 package of pumpkin spice pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container of whipped topping
- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the pumpkin spice pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Fold in the whipped topping and pumpkin puree into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a dish.
- Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pumpkin mixture.
- Top with more whipped topping and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use homemade whipped cream instead of store-bought.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Garnish with crushed graham crackers for added texture.
