Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until well combined.
- Divide the cheesecake mixture into separate bowls and add food coloring to each bowl to create different colors.
- Pour the colored mixtures over the crust in layers, starting with one color and repeating until all colors are used.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
