✨ (Optional) Edible glitter or colored sugar for rims
Instructions
Step 1: Prep your glasses or bowl
If serving individually, rim glasses with colored sugar for flair. If serving in a large bowl, place it in the fridge or freezer for 10 minutes to chill.
Step 2: Build the punch base
In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine:
-
1 cup coconut rum
-
1 cup strawberry vodka
-
1 cup pineapple juice
-
1 cup mango nectar
-
1 cup orange juice
Stir well to combine.
Step 3: Add blue & bubbles
Stir in 1 oz blue curaçao for color and citrus notes. Add 2 cups of lemon-lime soda right before serving to keep the fizz.
Step 4: Add ice and layer
Fill your container with ice cubes or crushed ice. To create a sunset effect, slowly pour a small amount of grenadine down the side—it will settle at the bottom and create a beautiful ombré look.
Step 5: Garnish like a rainbow
Top with slices of pineapple, orange, cherries, mint, and edible glitter if you like. Serve with bright paper straws for full party effect
Notes
This punch is super easy to scale—but timing is key:
-
Add soda just before serving to maintain fizz.
-
Layer grenadine last to achieve that gradient look.
-
Serve cold—chill juices and spirits in advance.
