Ingredients

These ingredients come together to form a powerhouse of flavor:

  • 🍋 ½ oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)

🍧 Sherbet & Cream Options:

  • 🍧 1 scoop rainbow sherbet (or use lemon, raspberry, orange, etc.)

  • 🥛 1 oz half & half or heavy cream (optional for creamy version)

🧊 To Chill & Shake:

  • 🧊 Ice cubes

  • 🍬 Optional: 1 tsp simple syrup (if you prefer it extra sweet)

🍭 Garnishes:

  • 🍬 Rainbow candy belt or gummy strip

  • 🍒 Maraschino cherry

  • 🌈 Sprinkles (for rimming the glass)

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Glass

Chill your martini glass in the freezer. Optional: Rim the glass with simple syrup and dip into rainbow sprinkles for a festive look.

Step 2: Shake the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in the raspberry vodka, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, melon liqueur, peach schnapps, and lime juice. Shake vigorously for about 15–20 seconds.

If you want a creamy finish, add 1 oz half & half or heavy cream into the shaker and shake again until well blended.
