Instructions
Chill your martini glass in the freezer. Optional: Rim the glass with simple syrup and dip into rainbow sprinkles for a festive look.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in the raspberry vodka, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, melon liqueur, peach schnapps, and lime juice. Shake vigorously for about 15–20 seconds.
If you want a creamy finish, add 1 oz half & half or heavy cream into the shaker and shake again until well blended.
Strain the mixture into your chilled, rimmed martini glass. For an extra treat, float a small scoop of rainbow sherbet right on top.
Add a candy belt, citrus twist, or maraschino cherry. Snap a photo—it’s gorgeous! Then sip and enjoy
Notes
A few things to keep in mind for the best sherbet martini experience:
-
🧊 Shake it cold – A well-chilled martini is essential for the creamy, smooth texture.
-
🍧 Scoop the sherbet last – Don’t let it melt before serving.
-
🍸 Use quality liqueurs – Fruity flavors are the focus, so go for good-tasting ones.
-
🎨 Customize your colors – Layer different juices or use colored syrups for ombré effects
