Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, freeze-dried raspberries, and salt.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the almond butter and white chocolate chips together, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the melted mixture over the oat and raspberry mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing it down firmly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
