- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup sour cream

- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- ½ cup crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and red food coloring; mix until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with crushed Oreos.
