Ingredients

These ingredients come together to form a powerhouse of flavor:

Instructions

Step 1: Make dragonfruit purée
If using fresh dragonfruit, scoop out the flesh and blend until smooth. If using frozen dragonfruit, thaw and blend until puréed. You want about 1 cup of smooth, pourable fruit.

Step 2: Juice your lemons
Squeeze lemons to yield about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. Strain to remove seeds and excess pulp for a smoother drink.

Step 3: Sweeten the base
In a large pitcher, stir together the lemon juice and sweetener of choice (honey, agave, or simple syrup). Adjust sweetness to taste.

Step 4: Add the dragonfruit and water
Stir in the dragonfruit purée and 3 cups cold water. Mix thoroughly until the drink is uniform and beautifully pink.

Step 5: Serve and garnish
Fill glasses with ice. Pour in the dragonfruit lemonade and garnish with lemon wheels, mint sprigs, dragonfruit chunks, or edible flowers.
