- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the acorn squashes in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Place the squash halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- Melt the butter and mix in the honey.
- Brush the honey butter mixture over the squash halves.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until tender.
- Serve warm, drizzled with any remaining honey butter.
