- 2 cups pretzel crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the cooled crust.
- Drizzle half of the salted caramel sauce over the ice cream.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired.
- Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, drizzle the remaining salted caramel sauce on top.
