- 1 pound sausage (cooked and crumbled)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, and cream cheese in a large bowl until well combined.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving and garnish with green onions if desired.
