Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 pound sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, and cream cheese in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving and garnish with green onions if desired.
