Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on a sheet pan and brush them with the garlic herb mixture.
  4. Add the vegetables around the chicken on the sheet pan.
