A quick and easy recipe for Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Salmon that is perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Place the salmon fillets on a sheet pan and brush with the garlic mixture.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Add asparagus to the sheet pan and drizzle with any remaining garlic mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For added flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Feel free to substitute the asparagus with your favorite vegetables.
