- 1 package (20 oz) cheese tortellini
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, heavy cream, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the tortellini and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Stir in the spinach and Parmesan cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
