Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- While the chicken is cooking, in a separate bowl, combine blackberries, jalapeño, honey, and lime juice.
- Once the chicken is seared, spoon the blackberry jalapeño mixture over the chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
