Description

S’mores Icebox Lasagna is a delicious no-bake dessert that combines layers of graham crackers, chocolate pudding, marshmallow fluff, and whipped cream, creating a delightful treat reminiscent of classic s’mores.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
  2. Spread half of the chocolate pudding over the graham crackers.
  3. Layer half of the marshmallow fluff on top of the pudding.
  4. Add half of the whipped cream over the marshmallow fluff.
  5. Sprinkle half of the mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Finish with a layer of whipped cream and top with remaining chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
