Ingredients

  • Sweet Potatoes: 4 large, peeled and cubed

  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil sweet potatoes in a large pot for 15-20 minutes until tender; drain and mash.
