Ingredients
- Sweet Potatoes: 4 large, peeled and cubed

- Milk: 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil sweet potatoes in a large pot for 15-20 minutes until tender; drain and mash.
- In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the sweet potato mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix chopped pecans, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and remaining brown sugar.
