- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of mayonnaise and ½ cup of buttermilk until smooth.
- Pour in 2 teaspoons of hot sauce and 1 teaspoon of ketchup; whisk to combine.
- Add 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning, 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning, ½ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon cayenne, ¼ teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper; whisk until well mixed.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more buttermilk for a thinner consistency.
- Transfer the sauce into an airtight container and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute with vegan mayonnaise and non-dairy buttermilk. Storage: Keeps for about a week in the fridge.
