Description

A creamy, tangy dip with a kick of heat, perfect for vegetables, wings, and more.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of mayonnaise and ½ cup of buttermilk until smooth.
  2. Pour in 2 teaspoons of hot sauce and 1 teaspoon of ketchup; whisk to combine.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning, 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning, ½ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon cayenne, ¼ teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper; whisk until well mixed.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more buttermilk for a thinner consistency.
  5. Transfer the sauce into an airtight container and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute with vegan mayonnaise and non-dairy buttermilk. Storage: Keeps for about a week in the fridge.
