Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1: Add fresh lemon juice, simple syrup or honey syrup, and heavy cream (or cream liqueur) into a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes generously to chill the mixture thoroughly.

Step 2: Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. This chilling and mixing will create a slightly frothy texture as the cream and lemon juice blend beautifully.

Step 3: Strain the shaken mixture into a chilled coupe or flute glass, filling it about halfway to allow room for the sparkling wine.

Step 4: Slowly pour the chilled sparkling wine or champagne over the lemon-cream mixture. Pour gently to preserve the bubbles and create a layered sparkling effect.
