Instructions

- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt until evenly coated.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
