A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring spicy Cajun chicken, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken.
  4. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
