A deliciously spicy and sweet BBQ sauce made with fresh peaches, perfect for enhancing chicken or ribs.

- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the chopped peaches, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Continue to simmer for about 20-25 minutes, until the sauce thickens and the peaches break down.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before blending until smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
