Instructions

- Mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until just combined.

- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
