🍓 For the Berry Swirl:
-
½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
-
2 tablespoons berry jam or preserves (strawberry, raspberry, or mixed berry)
-
1–2 tablespoons water or berry juice
-
Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice to brighten the flavor
🍦 For Topping:
-
Whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
-
Extra berry sauce for drizzle
-
Optional: freeze-dried fruit for garnish
Instructions
🧊 Step 1: Make the Berry Swirl
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine:
-
½ cup berries
-
2 tbsp berry jam or preserves
-
1–2 tbsp water
-
Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice
Simmer for 5 minutes until the berries soften and break down. Mash lightly and stir until thickened. Let cool. Optionally, strain for a smooth swirl.
🥭 Step 2: Blend the Mango Base
In your blender, add:
-
1 cup frozen mango chunks
-
½ cup mango nectar or juice
-
½ cup milk
-
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk or vanilla syrup
-
1 cup ice
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more ice if needed to achieve a thick, slushy consistency.
🍹 Step 3: Assemble the Drink
In your glass:
-
Spoon some berry swirl around the inner sides of the glass for a marbled effect.
-
Pour in the mango frappuccino mixture.
-
Add more berry swirl on top.
-
Finish with whipped cream and a drizzle of the berry sauce
Notes
-
Berry swirl can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in the fridge.
