  • Author: Jessica
  • Total Time: ~15 minutes

Ingredients

Scale

Here’s what you’ll need to recreate the Starbucks Mango Berry Bliss Frappuccino at home:

🥭 For the Mango Base:

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • ½ cup mango nectar or mango juice

  • ½ cup milk (whole, almond, oat, or coconut)

  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk or vanilla syrup (optional)

  • 1 cup ice

🍓 For the Berry Swirl:

  • ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tablespoons berry jam or preserves (strawberry, raspberry, or mixed berry)

  • 12 tablespoons water or berry juice

  • Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice to brighten the flavor

🍦 For Topping:

  • Whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

  • Extra berry sauce for drizzle

  • Optional: freeze-dried fruit for garnish

Instructions

🧊 Step 1: Make the Berry Swirl

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine:

  • ½ cup berries

  • 2 tbsp berry jam or preserves

  • 1–2 tbsp water

  • Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice

Simmer for 5 minutes until the berries soften and break down. Mash lightly and stir until thickened. Let cool. Optionally, strain for a smooth swirl.

🥭 Step 2: Blend the Mango Base

In your blender, add:

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • ½ cup mango nectar or juice

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk or vanilla syrup

  • 1 cup ice

Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more ice if needed to achieve a thick, slushy consistency.

🍹 Step 3: Assemble the Drink

In your glass:

  1. Spoon some berry swirl around the inner sides of the glass for a marbled effect.

  2. Pour in the mango frappuccino mixture.

  3. Add more berry swirl on top.

  4. Finish with whipped cream and a drizzle of the berry sauce

Notes

  • Berry swirl can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in the fridge.

  • Freeze mango chunks in pre-portioned bags for quick blending.
