Strawberry Cheesecake Popsicles are a refreshing and creamy summer treat that combines the flavors of strawberries and cheesecake in a fun frozen form.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries and blend until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Layer the strawberry puree and cheesecake mixture in popsicle molds, alternating between the two.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- For a sweeter popsicle, adjust the amount of powdered sugar to taste.
- These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Feel free to add crushed graham crackers for a crunchy texture.
