Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Popsicles are a refreshing and creamy summer treat that combines the flavors of strawberries and cheesecake in a fun frozen form.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries and blend until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  4. Layer the strawberry puree and cheesecake mixture in popsicle molds, alternating between the two.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  6. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

  • For a sweeter popsicle, adjust the amount of powdered sugar to taste.
  • These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
