Delicious no-bake protein balls that combine the sweetness of strawberries with the creamy texture of cheesecake, perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder. Whisk until blended.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  3. If the mixture is too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time until it reaches a moldable consistency.
  4. Roll the mixture into approximately 1-inch balls, pressing firmly to hold their shape.
  5. Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

Consider using different freeze-dried fruits or adding chocolate chips for variation.
