Description

Strawberry Lemonade Lasagna is a refreshing dessert that combines layers of creamy lemon filling, fresh strawberries, and a graham cracker crust, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of lemonade concentrate, thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the graham crackers and mix with melted butter and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar to form the crust.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and remaining powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Add lemon juice and mix until well combined.
  6. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread the lemon filling over the graham cracker crust.
  8. Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the lemon filling.
  9. Pour the lemonade concentrate over the strawberries.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter dessert, add more sugar to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Fresh strawberries can be substituted with other berries if desired.
