- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of lemon juice
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of lemonade concentrate, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the graham crackers and mix with melted butter and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar to form the crust.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and remaining powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the lemon filling over the graham cracker crust.
- Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the lemon filling.
- Pour the lemonade concentrate over the strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter dessert, add more sugar to the cream cheese mixture.
- Fresh strawberries can be substituted with other berries if desired.
- Make sure to let the dessert chill thoroughly for the best texture.
