Description

Strawberry-Lemonade Pops are a refreshing and delicious frozen treat perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Blend the strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the lemonade, honey or sugar, and lemon zest to the blender and blend until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, you can add yogurt to the mixture.
  • These pops can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
  • Feel free to substitute other fruits for strawberries, such as raspberries or blueberries.
