Description
Strawberry-Lemonade Pops are a refreshing and delicious frozen treat perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup lemonade
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Blend the strawberries in a blender until smooth.
- Add the lemonade, honey or sugar, and lemon zest to the blender and blend until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, you can add yogurt to the mixture.
- These pops can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
- Feel free to substitute other fruits for strawberries, such as raspberries or blueberries.
