Description

Strawberry Nutella Quesadillas are a delicious and easy dessert that combines the rich flavors of Nutella and fresh strawberries, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread Nutella evenly on one side of each tortilla.
  2. Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the Nutella on one tortilla.
  3. Place the second tortilla on top, Nutella side down, to create a quesadilla.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  5. Once the butter is melted, place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some cinnamon on the Nutella before adding strawberries.
  • Feel free to substitute strawberries with other fruits like bananas or raspberries.
