Instructions

- In another bowl, soften the vanilla ice cream slightly.
- Fold in the crumbled shortcake and whipped cream into the softened ice cream.
- Layer the ice cream mixture and strawberries in a muffin tin or silicone molds.
- Top with chocolate chips if desired.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Remove from molds and serve immediately.
