Ingredients
(Makes 6 shots)
-
???? 3 oz strawberry liqueur (like Tequila Rose or Strawberry Schnapps)
-
???? 3 oz vanilla vodka or whipped cream vodka
-
???? 3 oz Irish cream liqueur (like Baileys or Carolans)
-
???? 1 oz half-and-half or heavy cream (optional, for added creaminess)
-
???? Chocolate syrup or strawberry syrup (optional, for glass drizzle)
-
???? Whipped cream (for garnish)
-
???? Fresh strawberries (sliced or whole, for garnish)
-
✨ Sprinkles or edible glitter (optional)
Instructions
Place your shot glasses in the freezer 15 minutes before prepping. This helps preserve the clean layered look.
In a shaker with ice, add the strawberry liqueur and vanilla vodka. Shake well until chilled.
Carefully pour into the bottom third of each shot glass.
Using the back of a spoon, slowly pour the Irish cream over the strawberry base. It should float beautifully, creating a distinct layer.
If you’re using half-and-half, you can mix it with the Irish cream for a thicker, milkshake-like finish.
Top with whipped cream, a slice of strawberry, a drizzle of syrup, and/or sprinkles for the ultimate dessert shot vibe.
These are best served cold and fresh. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Notes
-
Always pour slowly for distinct layers. A bar spoon or the back of a regular spoon helps control the flow.
-
For extra strawberry flavor, muddle real strawberries into your strawberry liqueur.
-
If you’re using heavier creams, they might mix slightly—just chill them well for cleaner layering.
