- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, and salt.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and toss the wings in the remaining sauce before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Adjust the amount of sriracha to control the heat level.
