Delicious and healthy Sweet Chili Chicken Lettuce Wraps that are perfect for a light meal or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 head of butter lettuce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add diced bell peppers and green onions, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Serve the chicken mixture in lettuce leaves and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or cucumbers for extra crunch.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- Adjust the sweetness of the sauce to your preference.
