  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Add the cubed tofu to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
