- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Add the cubed tofu to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated tofu onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
- Serve hot with extra sweet chili sauce for dipping.
