Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 head of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in green onions and cilantro.
  7. Serve the chicken mixture in lettuce leaves.
