Ingredients
Here’s what you’ll need to make one elegant glass of Raspberry Lemonade Spritzer:
Primary Ingredients:
-
1½ oz Raspberry Vodka
(Even if your bottle says “strawberry,” use it! The flavor blends seamlessly.) -
1 oz Limoncello
(An Italian lemon liqueur with bright, sweet-tart zest.) -
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
(Freshly squeezed for the best tangy pop.) -
½ oz Grenadine
(Adds sweetness and a beautiful pink hue.) -
3 oz Moscato Champagne
(Bubbly, lightly sweet, and delightfully floral.) -
Ice cubes
(To chill your spritz to perfection.)
Garnishes (Optional but Recommended):
-
Fresh raspberries
-
Thin lemon slices or wheels
-
Mint sprig (for extra aroma and visual appeal)
Instructions
Step 1: Rim the Glass (Optional)
For added flair, you can rim your glass with pink sugar. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim and dip into colored sugar crystals.
Step 2: Fill with Ice
Add ice to a stemless wine glass, highball, or spritz glass. You want the drink to be refreshingly cold.
Step 3: Build the Base
Pour the following into your glass (or shaker if you prefer a smoother blend):
-
1½ oz Raspberry Vodka
-
1 oz Limoncello
-
½ oz Lemon Juice
-
½ oz Grenadine
Stir or shake briefly with ice to chill and blend.
Step 4: Top with Bubbles
Gently pour 3 oz of Moscato champagne over the mix. Pour slowly to preserve the bubbles.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
Add fresh raspberries, lemon slices, and maybe a sprig of mint. Serve with a reusable straw or cocktail stirrer for visual flair.
Notes
This drink can easily be scaled up for brunches, bridal showers, or girls’ night. Multiply the ingredients by 6–8, pour into a pitcher, and top with bubbly just before serving.
