Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 whole wheat or spinach tortillas
  • 1/2 cup zesty dressing or ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill pan over medium heat and season chicken with salt, pepper, and spice blend. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
  2. Chop lettuce, slice tomatoes, and bell peppers. Toss them in a bowl with dressing.
  3. Lay tortilla flat, spread avocado, layer chicken, and add veggies. Roll tightly and slice in half.
