Tiki Breeze Blast Cocktail Recipe

  • Author: Jessica
  • Total Time: 7 minutes

Ingredients

For One Serving:

  • 1 oz spiced rum

  • 1 oz coconut rum

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

  • 1 oz orange juice

  • ½ oz grenadine

  • ½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice

  • Splash of ginger beer or lemon-lime soda

  • Ice cubes

Garnish Options:

  • Maraschino cherry

  • Pineapple wedge

  • Mint sprig

  • Cocktail umbrella or edible flower

Instructions

Step 1: Chill the Glass

Start by filling a tall glass or tiki mug with ice. Crushed ice works well for a frothy finish, while cubes help preserve the drink’s layers longer.

Step 2: Shake the Base

In a cocktail shaker, combine:

  • 1 oz spiced rum

  • 1 oz coconut rum

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

  • 1 oz orange juice

  • ½ oz lime juice

Add ice and shake until frothy and chilled (about 15–20 seconds).

Step 3: Pour and Layer

Strain the shaken mixture into your prepared glass.

Gently add ½ oz grenadine by pouring it over the back of a spoon near the side of the glass. This will create a beautiful gradient from red at the bottom to golden-orange at the top.

Step 4: Add the Fizz

Top off with a splash of ginger beer for a spicy kick or lemon-lime soda for a sweeter, fizzier profile.

Step 5: Garnish Creatively

Tuck in a pineapple wedge, drop in a maraschino cherry, and add a mint sprig or a cocktail umbrella for maximum tiki flair.
