    • 1 cup all-purpose flour

    • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
    • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 4 limes)
    • 1 tablespoon lime zest
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
    • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, shredded coconut, powdered sugar, and softened butter. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 inch baking pan to form the crust.

  5. In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, shredded coconut, and eggs until smooth.
  6. Pour the filling over the baked crust and spread evenly.
