You’ll need layers of colors and flavors. Here’s the breakdown:

  • 12 tbsp blue raspberry syrup or blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)

  • 1/4 cup cold water or lemonade (to dilute and help it sink)

  • 1/4 cup passion fruit juice (or mango if you can’t find passion fruit)

  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice

  • 1 tbsp grenadine or hibiscus syrup (for a galaxy “sunset” effect)

  • Optional: Splash of cranberry or pomegranate juice

  • Crushed or pebble ice

  • Lemon-lime soda or sparkling water (for fizz)

  • Edible glitter or shimmer powder (optional)

Instructions

Creating the galaxy effect is all about liquid density—heavier liquids sink, lighter ones float. Always pour slowly over the back of a spoon or down the side of the glass.

???? Step 1: Fill Your Glass with Ice

Use crushed or nugget ice to create the best layering surface. Fill the glass all the way to the top.

???? Step 2: Add the Blue Base

Carefully pour 1–2 tbsp of blue raspberry syrup diluted with water or lemonade into the bottom. It will settle nicely at the base.

In a shaker or cup, combine:

  • ½ cup pineapple juice

  • ¼ cup passion fruit juice

  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
