Description

Tuna Melt Quesadillas are a delicious twist on the classic tuna melt, combining the flavors of tuna, cheese, and crispy tortillas for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced onion, and shredded cheese.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread half of the tuna mixture on one half of the tortilla.
  4. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and tuna mixture.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
