Tuna Melt Quesadillas are a delicious twist on the classic tuna melt, combining the flavors of tuna, cheese, and crispy tortillas for a satisfying meal.

- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 4 flour tortillas
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced onion, and shredded cheese.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread half of the tuna mixture on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and tuna mixture.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add other ingredients like diced celery or pickles for extra flavor.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
