- 2 slices of bread
- 4 oz sliced turkey
- 2 oz brie cheese
- 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread, if using.
- Layer the turkey slices on one slice of bread.
- Add the brie cheese on top of the turkey.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the brie.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve.

- For a warm sandwich, grill it on a skillet until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
