Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 4 oz sliced turkey
  • 2 oz brie cheese
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread, if using.
  2. Layer the turkey slices on one slice of bread.
  3. Add the brie cheese on top of the turkey.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce over the brie.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.

  • For a warm sandwich, grill it on a skillet until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
