  • Ginger – 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the watermelon rind by removing the green skin and cutting it into small pieces.
  2. In a large pot, combine the sugar, vinegar, water, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the watermelon rind pieces to the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes.
