- 1/4 cup lime juice

- 4 limes, halved and juiced

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, lime juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches a sorbet consistency.
- While the sorbet is freezing, prepare the lime shells by cutting the limes in half and juicing them. Set the empty lime halves aside.
- Once the sorbet is ready, scoop it into the lime shells.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve immediately.

- For a sweeter sorbet, adjust the sugar to your taste.
- Make sure to freeze the sorbet until it is firm but still scoopable.
