Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1½ cups cold water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the ½ cup heavy whipping cream with ¼ cup pink lemonade mix. Whip until soft, fluffy peaks form (2–3 minutes).
  2. In a tall glass, stir together 2 tablespoons of pink lemonade mix with 1½ cups of cold water until well-blended. Adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Spoon the whipped pink lemonade topping on top of the base drink.
  5. Add optional garnishes like a lemon slice or colorful sprinkles.

Notes

For a fizzy version, substitute sparkling water for regular water.
