White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake That Impresses!

A deliciously creamy cheesecake with a delightful raspberry swirl and white chocolate, perfect for impressing guests.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberry puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler and let cool slightly.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract and melted white chocolate until combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry puree on top and swirl with a knife.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  10. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger raspberry flavor, increase the amount of raspberry puree.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother batter.
